I have used Optimum Nutrition (ON) products in the past. Currently, I am not working out as heavily as I used to earlier. So I decided to give this a shot.As mentioned by other reviewers, taste wise, this is not sweet (which is good because it means it does not contain sugar). Think of it like a chocolate drink without sugar. Secondly, it is a lot more milder than ON whey protein. I noticed that even when I add 5 teaspoonful of this whey, not much water is required to make it be thin and runny. With the same quantity of whey powder of ON and water, the ON one would have been much thicker. This probably means the whey content is not as much as ON.If you are not into muscle / body building, the most important part of whey protein is that it helps in muscle recovery, which means you don't feel sore after waking up the next day. When I tried this whey protein, I still felt sore for a few days. Only after a few days passed, did the soreness go away.So, definitely, this seems more for folks who prefer light exercise, and seems to be less effective than ON.If you buy ON from reputed sellers on amazon.in, I don't think you would get imitation products.

Got it at a very affordable price during the sale!!!For those who got it at very cheap price (during the sale period), I want to tell you a few points :-- It comes from a highly trusted and famous brand.- Don't look at the lower amount of protein i.e. 22grams it contains per scoop when compared to other expensive brands as you are getting almost double the amount of protein in 2 scoops (at a cost similar to 1 scoop).- Carbs are also necessary after workout unless your goal is to build lean muscle or weight loss (where you have to manage total carbs intake). (8gm of carbs justified)- Hope The Himalaya company make its price always cheaper and affordable irrespective of sale period- Always remember that Your overall body shape & weight depends on your diet and the kind of exercise/activity you do

I don't think the pack i brought right now is a genuine product. To the RHS i have an older pack, which stated that it had a QR code below the lid, indicating a genuine product.The pack i got now, was manufactured in the same month, Feb 2020, and doesn't make any such claim

This is my second purchase.The chocolate taste is very palatable and no unpleasant after taste.Mr Shreyas Kamath(a fitness freak on YouTube) has done a nice little review on it.4/5 stars - the scoop/serving quantity is larger than the standard Optimum Nutrition scoop. It just means that you are paying same or more for a credible brand but it's not ON,Muscletech.I highly recommend it.

I wonder this my 3 rd order No constipation no other problem even I am recovering from my major health problem by taking this supplement with my medicine n proper diet.... I am not muscular man but I am beginer n from fat to fit with athelet body since three months my lockdown period with home workout....Guys serious this is real Or original one, with prominent company like Himalaya with lowest budget.... Trust me if ur Vegan this best whey supplement for long term even you can concern with Ayurveda Dr.... N thankful? for my Ayurvee Doctor.... Who have suggested me.....
