Hasn't made any difference to Vitamin D levels. Waste of money. Avoid this product and stick to getting Vitamin D from sun if possible. Otherwise, buy from a chemist shop.

I have been taking this for almost 5 months (until last week and today it is 20th Feb-24 ), subsequently I did vitamin D testing, It was very disappointing I found vitamin D deficient even though I was taking higher doses.Unfortunately, I ordered 2 boxes in advance now these are waste.Better take good quality vitamin D from some other international trusted brands.

Vitamin D3 is really great supplement but I don't think it is present at all in these tabs because I can't feel any results of it in my body. Waste of money
