I was so sure of this product and consumed 2 bottles of it until I accidently dropped a capsule and found it after two days. The inside of capsule got concentrated in a tight black bead, i opened capsule to find it was very hard and dirty blackish bead type something, not at all methi or fenugreek..rather some cheap powder of outdated expired something! I then experimented and kept few in a tablet box for 3-4 days and all had same fate. Sorry, but I am not buying this again !
