All their products cause extreme gas, bloating and change in stool consistency due to cheap excepients they use to fill the caps. If anyone facing these issues, stop taking them and you will see that all symptoms disappear within a day. I recommended their products to various friends and all reported the same issue.

If you are a Thyroid patient being treated with Thyroxine sodium tablets, please take Doctor's advice before starting Chromium picolinate. Chromium picolinate affects the effect of Thyronorm tablets. Hence your Tsh levels will shoot up to very high levels. It happened with me from 6 it shot upto 13.7 within 3.5 months. So becareful before you start on Chromium picolinate it's in contradiction to Thyroxine sodium medication.
