If you are a Thyroid patient being treated with Thyroxine sodium tablets, please take Doctor's advice before starting Chromium picolinate. Chromium picolinate affects the effect of Thyronorm tablets. Hence your Tsh levels will shoot up to very high levels. It happened with me from 6 it shot upto 13.7 within 3.5 months. So becareful before you start on Chromium picolinate it's in contradiction to Thyroxine sodium medication.

For flavour I would say, the cover of the capsule tastes little bitter but after swallowing it does not leave any taste. overall, go for it.
