All their products cause extreme gas, bloating and change in stool consistency due to cheap excepients they use to fill the caps. If anyone facing these issues, stop taking them and you will see that all symptoms disappear within a day. I recommended their products to various friends and all reported the same issue.

It's very effective for glucose metabolism management. I had tried generics earlier but they did not work but when I tried this, it really gave a very positive effect that I was expecting. For flavour I would say, the cover of the capsule tastes little bitter but after swallowing it does not leave any taste. overall, go for it.
