I was looking for a good vitamin B supplement for my mother. It was recommended by doctor for her weak nerves and degenerating muscles due to old age.This has a good amount of Vitamin B complex so that you dont need any other multivitamin after this. Vitamin C and folic acid are essential because I was aware with old age immunity also decreases.The fact that the quantity in tablets is much higher than required DV was the reason I preferred this over other brands. Its been a week since she has started this so it's too early to say about the results. Will update the post once the bottle over
