I have been using this product over a month unlike how they suggest I'm using 2tabs a day, so far it's going well, no side effects or after effects, and I have ordered a 2nd bottle. And in case of results it's a long process cuz if your immunity is f***ed up over years then it'll take atleast a year to get back on track.
