I have used this multivitamin for 5days and it feels like heartburning. Foodpipe feels to be swollen, and burnt inside and it’s happening with two of my family members as well. I don’t know whether the product is poisonous or not, It will make you vomit for sure. When I received it from the Silkrute, it was extremely hot because of the high temperature, maybe that might be the reason of this tablet doing opposite reaction. Be safe and don’t buy it.

Firstly, this tablet works and this is based on my personal experience of two bottles.Now this may not be for everyone because of different body types such as Vata, Pitta and Kafa. From my family experience, it may be a problem with Pitta body types.

Overall quality product. But it would have been best in the market if it has combination of retinol + beta-carotene instead of only retinol. Likewise Vit. D3 and Vti.K2-7 instead of D2 and K1 respectively.
