Well, I didn't have great expectations from these multivitamins since I tried out many other things earlier. As I moved onto week 3 after consuming these tablets, I noticed that black patches on my face and even my hand started lightening (around 80% of their intensity) out and though I am also taking fish oil tablets simultaneously, I would like to give credit to this multivitamin tablets for bringing that positive change.My wife took the multivitamin for women version and she didn't like it and told me it made her sleepy. However, this version (men's tablet) is something I would go on and take for another 2 months and see how it goes.

I have used this one since past few years. They are very trustable and good. The tablets are a bit big but are super helpful. I use them frequently to reduce weakness and help in keeping healthy. Work stress and daily journet males anyone tired. Plus the gap in proper healthy diet being replaced my junk food is another issue. In such cases having good multivitamins is a blessing. Having one tablet every morning or even twice a day is good. They help cover any unwanted deficiencies.

This is a five star product for me as it is multivitamins plus multiminerals which is actually very rare combination.
