I have been facing hair fall problems for quite some time now. After having done a lot of research and recommendations by friends, I finally decided to try biotin capsules - it being all natural. I did not want to try artificial supplements which would cause any side effects. All my doubts were satisfied by using biotin by this brand. Thankfully no skin breakouts or indigestion issues/ I am seeing significant improvement in hair-fall reduction. I am very hopeful and would definitely recommend all those people in going through hair-fall problems to try this product at-least once. I'd recommend this brand of biotin for sure.

I bought this pill because a hairdresser told me that I can use BIOTIN PILLS daily to stop hair fall and improve skin. I started taking it regularly and a week or two later my skin burst out in severe acne. It was quite a slow build up but nothing made sense. I had never really had acne. EVERYTHING in my diet and skin products and my surroundings was the same... what was causing this?!?! The only answer was this pill. I stopped taking it and the acne stopped AFTER a week or so. But I had to get a peel, because it was a strange and a non whitehead kind acne, and have scars left now :( Also, no medication worked on the acne AT ALL. Other than a strong chemical peel. Moral of the story : This is a VERY HIGH dosage according to a lot of articles I read online. Please don't take it if you're not sure what you're getting into. Make sure a DOC says its ok for you to take this dosage of Biotin.

I suffer from severe hair loss during autumn and winter season. I have been taking this for almost 2 weeks. My hair fall has reduced but not completely stopped. But not sure how much it helps in the hair growth. But I do see facial hair growth which is a complete disaster. So be careful when you take this pill. Would suggest to take this in one to two days gap.
