So I've been using this product for long time now.Also over the years I've used a lot of protein powders. So I think I can help you.There are two types of customers. The first one is beginners, and second one is those who've all ready used a few products. I think my review is gonna help both types of people.PROS:1.The price of this thing is amaging.Usually protein powders aren't that cheap.In this price you can't get a lot of protein powders in market. SO for students and those who're in a tight budget this is the one.2.The amino profile of this powder is great.3.you're also getting BCAA,which is amaging.4.This doesn't have any flavors or preservative. So you're getting a pure protein.5.This is whey concentrate.but the mixabillity is great.if you've a shaker bottle then use it.6.This one is personal preference. This protein doesn't come in a jar,instead it comes in a plastic pack (like in the picture).I like this idea because you don't have to worry about the jars you get every month.CONS :1.If you're lactose intolerant then it is not for you.You can't be able to digest it.My suggestion is to go for whey isolate.2.In past if you've used expensive products then you will be a little uncomfortable.3.This protein doesn't have digestive enzyme. So it can make you feel heavy on stomach.4.As it doesn't have enzyme, it doesn't get absorbed in your body quickly.So if you're using protein with enzyme then by using this product you will feel discomfort in digesting it.5.This is tasteless.FINAL VERDICT : so what should you do? Well for beginners, students this is the best.If you're in a tight budget, this gonna be your friend.BUT you usually use expensive proteins then at first you will feel a little discomfort. but if you give it a little time you'll get used to it.I am using it for long time and I can say that in this price its the best one.USING : You have to take a scoop of protein with water after WORKOUT.And then you can use it any time of the day.

I've been working out for almost four months now, and it has been almost two months since I've been using AsItIs Raw Whey Protein. Let me begin with what I appreciate about this product. First, it is pocket-friendly and one of the cheapest concentrated whey proteins I've seen on the market. Second, it does help with muscle building (call it newbie gains), considering I'm new to weightlifting and didn't use any protein for the first couple of months. Lastly, it doesn't contain any artificial sweeteners, which adds to its benefits. These are the aspects I liked about the product.Now, moving on to what I don't like about it. Let me start with the worst of all: the digestion time. Despite not being lactose intolerant, it's too much for my stomach to handle. Even after using it for almost two months, I'm still experiencing stomach aches, bloating, and a gassy stomach. I usually have it as my post-workout meal along with two bananas. However, on an unfortunate day, I took it on an empty stomach as I had run out of bananas or any other fruit. This turned out to be a mistake. I felt nauseous for nearly an hour, experienced a gassy stomach, and the pain was so intense that I almost passed out. Relief only came after I vomited the remaining contents in my stomach. This wasn't an isolated incident, as it occurred months after my first consumption.Imagine the impact on those with weaker digestion. Perhaps the product lacks digestive enzymes, making it harder to digest. While I have more grievances about this product, I lack the energy to delve into them. This marks my second and final purchase of AsItIs Raw Whey Protein. Regardless of how cheap it becomes, I won't buy this product again. It's simply not worth it.

I am a guy who has been working out since 4 years. This is my second supplement in 4 years. I had only taken in ON Gold standard whey protein initially that too maybe around 5 scoops in total. I have not taken any whey protein ever since. I just consumed Bpi Sport BCAA and Xtend BCAA in middle.Now let me get to the point, the whole myth of having a whey protein necessarily to gain muscle mass is totally rubbish. I gained 14kgs of lean muscle mass in all this time. My arms went from 13 to 17 and everything was done by eating eggs, chicken and mutton for major protein source.Supplement has only one benefit and that is absorption of protein quickly into your body when it requires protein the most (post workout). One scoop of supplement has around 24gms protein which equals to 4 whole eggs. I agree that the absorption will be slower but if you are in muscle building phase and a beginner, I highly suggest you to stick with eggs. I have my own reasons for getting a protein powder after 4 yrs of training.Now, coming to the problems (which others face and not me) -1) Taste:There is no taste. It is like milk powder without sugar or you can say it tastes like milk without sugar.Personally I do not have any issues in this because remember that supplement isn't meant to taste good. It is meant to supplement your diet plus the price is so less so that much has to be sacrificed.2) Digestion:Spend a long time (at least 3 years) in gym regularly with good diet, your tummy will accept this with ease but if you take this as a beginner in the first month of your bodybuilding career, I am sorry to say this but your toilet will suffer a lot.In my case, I did not feel a single digestive issue with Asitis. I found a problem with MyProtein Clear whey Isolate Orange Mango. I had too much acidity when I consumed that for 2 days.Lastly, I would suggest everyone to buy the 250g packet to try it before spending money on a 1kg or 2.5kg pack.

I was using MAXN....this is the 1st time trying asitis1.Taste is bland ( as mentioned)( 1st timers might not like it ...i would you prefer to mix it in oats or some milkshakes or fresh juice ) I DON'T MIND THE TASTE i mixed with water ...i don't wanna do too much work for this2. I feel good after drinking....no acid reflux...easily digestable3. No excessive foam formed after shaking4. 1st there were some lumps on the side of my shaker ...i thought this is not mixing well...but after some extra shaking that mixed well too....so no worries5. Product does feel premium will update after 4 weeks of drinking thisCONCLUSION : U CAN GO FOR IT !!
