Comapring with the previous whey protein supplement that I used. I had been using HealtKart's Raw Whey protein. Then I bought Asitis's on recommendation of my gym trainer.1) No Gas/bloating problem, which is major concern about whey protein.2) Too much froth (foam) which is not a big problem I guess3) mixability is little lower. You have to blend/shake for longer time.You can go for it.People find it very hard to consume unflavored powder because it is tasteless (or even tastes bad to some)I personally add some honey to make it a little sweet.

I've been a loyal Asitis customer for quite some time now. I frequently purchase their products alternately from their own website, Hyugalife, and Silkrute. Over the past three years, I've spent around 60k-70k on their products. However, I've noticed inconsistencies in the quality of their protein. Some batches have poor mixability and low absorbency, leading to issues like bloating. On the other hand, there are batches that exceed expectations, mixing well with water effortlessly and causing no bloating.Feedback to Asitis - It's important to ensure that all protein sources are carefully evaluated, as not all sources guarantee the highest quality.

This is not a best protein for everyone1) You need to have good digestive power2) Your body need to digest different types of proteins3 ) your body need to have proper rest and detox timePls understand the prize to quantity ratio this protein actually may be providing 19-20 g of protein by scope ... As per your body wait you need to take 3 scope if you not taking any dietYou need to consume good fiber to recover from this protein you need to give up on oil and spicesAlso pls pls pls drink lot of water and take good amount of vitamin like subracal and CIf you fat take it with pre-workout which has good caffeine ... This will make your stomach burn ... If you feeling uncomfortable stop ... Your liver is not that strongIf you beginner start with ON gold standard let your body get used to for protein digestion,"Still you want to continue ....Drink lot lot of water to wash out ....eat lot of fiber / if you thin and you need to build up eat carb in daily with this protein .. carbs are catalyst for digestionIf you feel stomach pain it just because of your body .. even over nonveg can cause over uric acidAnd last and really really important just stop Oily and spicy food

I like the product for this value. But it's definitely not for beginners.it tastes bland when added to water or milk.I as i am had quite a trouble with finding suitable recipe for this to be added(FYI but mango smoothie was the easiest way to use this protein powder). However it absorbs super well no complaints over that.I would have like if it had longer life expectancy, but perhaps it I who bought to big of a pack.
