Overall protein is good but in limited way . Many of you think to take protein for a massive/ heavy body building actually none of the proteins that are available in market designed for that the only thing you want to remember protein shakes are useful in recovery of muscle cells no need to consume 24-30g of concentrate protein powder for a day use in a limited way not exceeding more than 10g and you need to take break on weekends day give your body efficient relaxation to increase productivity and health . Easy to digest no bloting issues. Taste is descent no problem in swallowing. You will see the effects in about 2,3 weeks. Overall product is too good go for it if you have tight budget.

I purchased this combo. And I can say it with utmost surety that this seller isn't reliable and the protein I received wasn't 100% genuine. It wasn't entirely fake but it was mixed with something else. Why I say this? I was already using the protein purchased from this seller and once I saw the rising number of covid cases I ordered one from the official website of ASITIS, anticipating that I might not be able to purchase one if a Lockdown is announced. Once I received the product from the official website I could see that there was a stark between both the products. The colour of protein was different. Solubility was poles apart. Taste to differed! I had used this protein a year back and so I could not judge the taste of it when I purchased from this particular seller. Although the BCAA is genuine and works fine. But protein was 100% mixed.

That said, remember to use with milk or water that is not boiling hot. When mixed with boiling water, the powder curdles and becomes like cheese. So let the drink cool a little before adding the product.

It's not suited for everyones gut. Initially was quite good but later on started causing horrible bloating episodes and very nasty vomiting within a month of use. Can't be sure whether it was due to contamination of product or poor storage at my end, hence the three stars. Taste was bland and it was even quite palatable with water.
