I know it's hard to drink but if you want recovery then you have to. It's little costly. If you want to see best results then order a creatine monohydrate take after meal drink atleast 4 to 6 litre water in a day And take protein after workout within 15 min. Don't take with meal. If you want results follow my golden rule.???? (Recommended product)
