Iam using pysallium husk from a long time, every morning with turmeric milk. I feel awesome every single day. This is my first time trying this brand. It says it has 1mg amla in it, so will update my review after using this.

This is not pure isabgol. Every 100gm has only 49gm isabgol and 1gm aamla ... Only dabur knows what chemicals and parabensl preservatives are used to make up for the rest 50gm. It's not at all natural. Didn't expect this from a brand like dabur. Lost trust on dabur brand name
