First time I’m taking time to give complete review after several months to help people understand in taking decision whether to buy or not.Literally drains out the stomach. just take it with hot water. If the problem is severe then consider taking two times. It works best for the old people to regularize the constipation issue.I recommend for middle age people also for better fiber content. Helps diabetic people in excess cravings as one spoon of this is sufficient to get the feeling of stomach full feeling.Best one. You should try.One great thing is it lasts long ;-)Thanks

Package quality is not good. Both The manufacturers carton and Silkrute outer package are substandard. Contents leaked in to the outer cover and slipped on to the floor while opening the cover. It was a big task for cleaning and lost around 10% of the contents. But happy with the quality of the product. Packing needs lot of improvement.

I purchased this product 2 packet with good impression of brand Baidnath and Silkrute best choice .Infact in package they have boldly written Best Quality and Export Quality product...But so much of sand and waste.. felt misleading..Not happy at all!
