I highly recommend for people who has constipation and who are looking for weightloss . The Dose of weightloss is before lunch and befor take only 2 spoon and mix with 200 ml of water and plz drink asap if not it form in jelly base where it wont help you for your weightloss process . Remember take a break of 30 -45mins and then consume you lunh and dinner . For constipation you can take 1 stp in milk or water let it come in jelly form and ten have it . The product goes in you body and start making you full ,cause we have alot of fibre in it . If you have any query refer to youtube or ask you moms who know howthis product work . You only need to take this for max 4-5 days and ten stop it .Take a break of 30 days and you start you weightloss journey for 4-5days . Dont get addicted to it its really not good. Thank you .

I was pleasantly surprised by the superb performance of this product. Due to some on ongoing medication, I had to be under painkilller 24x7 for over months and this caused severe constipation. I was asked to use cremaffin regularly by doctors, however my brother suggested to try a spoonful of this powder a day and miraculously it worked from the very first day, so much that, I did not even consume a spoon of cremaffin. Love this product so much and also recommend it for others. There are no side effects in my 2 months usage.Also I used spread this powder on top of fruits and eat, so I dint not feel any awkwardness with taste too.
