Tried the Lipton SipNDigest the flavors are really enhanced specially ginger and green tea along with Tulsi and the rocksalt. As we all know green tea helps in reducing belly fat and increases metabolism, the ginger, tulsi and rocksalt present in it helps to digest the meal smoothly, relieves the stomach discomfort. Had tried the tea post lunch and it worked very well. Felt very light after having full meal. Consume after an hour of your meals and feel light and see the changes. Easy to make and travel friendly.

I did not expected this from a very big brand Lipton. Very bland taste, nor I can taste any green tea and even any thing mentioned on the wrapper. Even the salty taste is not there. We dont feel like having green tea, even the taste and kick of green tea is missing. Anyone should not buy this, else go for vedaka green tea which is very strong in taste and half the value of it.
