I used this toothpowder once and my teeth and gums started paining. It became sensitive and pained while even drinking water. I would never recommend this toothpowder to anyone since my strong teeth started paining. The quality isnot good at all.

Pyorrhea is an inflammation of the gums that gives a false alarm that the problem is with the tooth. However, a doctor in Udaipur, Rajasthan prescribed Payokill tooth powder for a gum problem my late husband had, and it had solved the problem. 3-4 decades back then, the package was just a white or cream color dubba with a circular moving top like that of some asafoetida packing.
