Just received the product! The quantity is little disappointing as seen in the picture attached and the Vanilla flavour is too sweet for my taste contrary to what the label says "No added Sugar"??. And where is the Scooper!!??? I remember buying this product before in 'chocolate flavour' and that time they used to give a Scooper inside the can.Its very sad how with time the quality of things specially food related have really gone down!!??

I ordered this product for the first time ,it is sugar-free and has protine, vitamin ,iron and low fat which are good to boost your body and help with metabolism ,it is in vanilla flavour which is ok ,I prefer to add half a teaspoon of sugar in it, it enhances its taste..I haven't seen any side effects but be careful about the quantity of intake don't consume too much ,it will affect the health, drink this shake cold or Take with lukewarm milk as hot milk reduces its effect...
