Like...Information on nutrition that they claim... Because what they claim those minerals are essential for body growth and functions...Dislike...What is the clinical prove that it's actually contain indicated amount of protein and other mineral..My opinion... Use several times but did not notice any effect ... Suspected about its effectiveness..Thinking that we should take natural source of protein..Like cheese, eggs etc...

I ordered this product for the first time ,it is sugar-free and has protine, vitamin ,iron and low fat which are good to boost your body and help with metabolism ,it is in vanilla flavour which is ok ,I prefer to add half a teaspoon of sugar in it, it enhances its taste..I haven't seen any side effects but be careful about the quantity of intake don't consume too much ,it will affect the health, drink this shake cold or Take with lukewarm milk as hot milk reduces its effect...
