As it is hereditary type II Diabetes has really taken over me, Besides that, I also have Iron deficiency. So, here is the easiest solution. From my early stages of womanhood I have suffered heavy bleeding rendering cavite anaemia. Though it's quite unrelated I had to cope with a little bit of constipation. But, thanks to istrong's rich iron content after consuming it for couple of weeks my anaemia is quite on the brink. Also, since it has a lot of dietary fibre, I don't have to deal with that much of constipation.
