For me Oziva targetted the nutrition deficiency that was the cause for my muscle weakness. My weakness stopped me from carrying out my workout regime or even minimum exercise. Lack of exercise together with improper diet resulted in me bloating up severely and gain unnecessary weight. This organic plant protein helped me gain muscle strength back gradually so that I could pick up on my workout regime slowly. The reasons are it is non flavored, gluten free, lactose free, plant based and most importantly non GMO.
