Triphala is good, but I feel it's too fine grained almost like powder, so you can accidentally inhale it or worst you can get it stuck in throat because of it's texture, which actually happened to me , so please don't try to gulp it water, first dissolve it in a glass of water and then drink it. Don't expect a good taste ????
