Ladoos are good in taste. The worst part is transportation as all laddos are broken into smaller pieces. Amazon has to really work hard for this as it's creating negative impact for this particular segment.

The item ordered is totally melted in the packet. I think it's due to heat temperature. Tried replacement option, again same thing. Did refund. In replacement they didn't take the item back. Made ladoo outof it after putting it in fridge. I didn't like the taste. But, all of my family member liked itAnd on refund time customer service was telling if you want to replace. If 2 times same issue is happening, I am pretty sure next time also same will happen. Second thing, there needs to be some automatic/ manual constraints on how many times someone can order. Otherwise I could have done replacement 10 times & then refund.
