Yummy cake. I received a moist one, ultra soft and very delicious. Little sweet for my liking but not a big deal. I ordered one more. Nicely packed. Yummy taste and even aftertaste. It has a taste of cinnamon. Garnished with cashews and while baking have black raisins and tooti frooti in it. Just perfect

I ordered this on Amazon along with the Pandhal Mattanchere cake, both arrived together so it was pretty easy to compare the two. Long story short, this cake gets the score of 1/5, and that is only because of the fact that the packaging was nice. It came in a round tin box, and on opening it, the whiff of fruitiness was there, but it was quite synthetic in nature. The cake consistency was dry dry dry, even though there were dry fruits scattered in the body of the cake, one bite was enough to put me off, and sadly I could not consume the rest. Color was not the rich dark brown which we commonly associate with plum cakes. Would I order it again? Sadly.. no.. unless the creators do some magic with their recipe and overhaul it.
