Organic sugar is better than refined white sugar but its still unhealthy as it has very little nutrients and spikes blood sugar. You should've used some zero calorie natural sweetners like stevia/non-gmo erthritol/monk fruit. Atleast low GI sweetener like Coconut palm sugar should've been better.
