Disadvantages

As a professional chef, I'd recommend to not use this product if you want the real flavour of the sichuan peppercorns.No doubt urban platter is a nice brand and company but this product definitely doesn't make the cut.The husk is not anywhere close to the real thing.

Giving this one star is being generous. It is not worth the money. The product was bad and tasted like saw dust. Please do not buy this product. It was a great disappointment.

When I opened the bottle it had a musty smell. The bottle had few peppercorns & more stones. It ruined my entire dish. Every bite had powdered stone in it since I had used the Sichuan peppercorns after grinding with other spices.
