Simple steps to make Aloo Methi: - In a kadai heat 1.25 tbsp oil add 3/4 tsp Ciba Cumin Seeds and let it crackle. Add 5 peeled and diced potatoes 1/2 tsp Ciba Turmeric Powder salt to taste and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and let it cook till potatoes become soft add 2 finely chopped tomatoes 1/4 tsp Ciba Chilli Powder 1 tsp Ciba Coriander Powder and 1 tsp Ciba Kasuri Methi let it cook for 5 min. Serve hot with chapatis/ paranthas.
