This is 100% garlic powder, there is no flour or another substance is mixed. We generally don't buy fresh garlic from the market because Garlic is occasionally used in my house. So we keep garlic power This Garlic powder tastes similar to fresh garlic and is available at a very cheap price. Rs 149 for 400gms.
