I purchased this despite warnings that it was a bit on the sweeter side. It tastes kind of ok but the sugar dominates. It's convenient for travel and that i think is the best part of it. And yes use only half the water or else it is too dilute like Railways chai

The masala flavour is authentic but the overall taste would be a little on the sweeter side for the ones who don't like their chai to be sweet. Also I felt the consistency could be a thicker. But it's way better that any other premix I have tasted so far and definitely trumps a masala flavoured teabag.
