We really liked the flavour of the sambar and it really gave that typical restaurant style sambar, it was thicker than the typical South Indian sambar and we somehow like thicker sambar more. It really goes well with all the South Indian delicacies and complimented perfectly the menu vadas that we had prepared.

The taste is good, in fact very good I am a regular user. The sambhar is much better than the ones you get in the udipi restaurant. Add veggies of your choice or sambhar onion boil with the diluted sambhar powder and voila your sambhar is ready.
