Advantages

I always wondered why Dal Makhni is so different if cooked at home than any hotel. And I am sure that all vegetarian while going to hotel & parties prefer dal makhni & very rarely cook it at home. I have bought many ciba products.They are nice and well made.Fine power.Nice aroma.Good taste.Nice blend of spices.Though It is a dal makhanii masala, one can easily make other sabji with this masala.Only objection I have is that, not everyone eats onion and garlic, manufacturer should add this in masala, one who wants can easily add while cooking.

Ciba taaza Dal makhani masala is really good,"After purchasing it about a week ago, I made dal makhani with it and it enhanced tested of my dal makhani to next leval.It also have reasonable price, but currently it is not Silkrute fullfilled so we have to pay delivery charges.Try it at least once..
