Frying Directions In Oil : For best results don't fry too many of them at once and have a wire basket ready to quickly remove them from the hot oil. Heat oil to ð¡ï¸ medium hot taking care that fumes are not emitted. If oil is excess hot the Fish contents inside the crackers will be burnt which spoils the taste. We get best results when deep-frying 3 - 4 crackers at a time. Ideally consumed within a few hours of being fried or Can also be stored in a airtight bag and consumed in next 3 4 Days. It is prawn cracker. You need to fry them in Oil. But be sure that the Oil is very Hot ( The Oil should not be Burning but Near to that Temperature. These is good one, you can eat them with Rice, Roti and mostly snacks. Packaging is good. You can go for it.

But you should follow the instructions mentioned on the packet, to ensure the meaty umami flavour remains intact during the frying process. Just got the pack and straight it went to the fryer. Was able to taste the prawn flavour quite clearly. The only downside was the fact that we couldn’t stop eating just one and finished half the packet. Will be order some soon….
