I always use home made achaars only but due to lockdown could not get it from home. I tried this achaar after reading the clean ingredient list & it lived up to my expectations. This resembles a lot with what my mom makes at home. So I am thinking to stock up on the other variants as well. Good stuff. This is not your standard pickle, so its not for everyone - my wife and mom hated it, but I absolutely love it. This is more like cut mango pieces marinated in with chilli pieces - its fiery. Its dry, and lacks the "paste" (for lack of a better word) of the regular pickles. Its oil free too, and has a slightly fermented flavour. I am hooked on to it!
