It has a mild sweetness to it and tastes like just the ones that we used to have in our childhood. I think it does have a little bit of sugar. But the flavor is really good and you wouldn't mind a little sugar that goes into your stomach. The bottles were tightly sealed and well packed . Will definitely buy again and also recommend it to my friends
