It Is a seasonal pickle, tastes best in winters but we have made it available all year around. This Punjabi gobi gajar shalgam achar goes very well with rotis or parathas. ONE V IMP FACTOR WHICH MAKERS NEED TO CONCENTRATE ON IS THE QUALITY OF PACKAGING. I FOUND A PLASTIC THREAD PIECE IN THE PICKLE INBETWEEN THE GAJAR PIECE. ATTACHING PIC FOR REFERRENCE.THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY AND STANDARD. WOULD ASK MAKERS TO CONCENTRATE ON THIS ASAP .The flavour is more on sweeter side.. not for those who enjoy their pickles khara n spicy.
