1 less star because the bottle cap is not sealed properly. The cap is not airtight, juices spilled outside the bottle making a mess. Many customers reviewed the same for last 3 years, yet it's still an issue.It should also be ice packed during packaging, as most probiotic strains die in long-term exposure to even room temperature. Not sure if the ones included here, survived the transport.

I loved the taste of sauerkraut and am glad that it is available in India. Found it very tasty to eat as it include beetroot and pepper as well.In addition to providing a healthy gut, sauerkraut also clean your arteries from plaquing ie removes cholesterol build up. This is probiotic sauerkraut. They use Himalayan Pink Salt and not too much. Many commercial pickled veg products contain a lot of salt which makes them tasty but also unhealthy. This product is designed to be healthy. I am beginning to like the taste, but it is not as dynamically flavourful as you might expect. It is however very healthy and in it's own way quite tasty. I like it more and more and recommend it highly.Ingredients as per bottle: Himalayan pink salt, green and purple cabbage, dill and juniper berries with caraway.

Product is not properly fermented, still appears a little raw. Packing was also bad I found the bottle leaked during delivery. Also it is extremely expensive. I would not recommend it
