The mayo is tasty and I dont expect it to be as good as veggie mayo that is not dairy free. On keeping or adding to salads, the mayo looses its creaminess. After a couple of weeks, the mayo lost its hold and stayed flat so does not really have a great shelf life after opening. They do have a good tasty product if the texture and life can be improved.

I bought it primarily to use as a plant based replacement for butter to avoid dairy. Though it is not meant as a replacement for butter, I am satisfied to use it as cheese spread on toast. The flavor though is a little sharp for my taste. I would have preferred a milder flavor.
