Loved the following things:1. The bubble wrap packing. It was very securely packed and did not leak and the glass jar was not damaged during transit.2. Ingredients used: I was pleased to notice that the oil used was groundnut oil and not the regular cottonseed oil3. Taste: I liked the fact that the pickle was mild in taste - not salty and not too hot. The kids and senior citizens in the family enjoyed the mild taste.

Really superb in taste. No vinegar. That itself is a great relief. Also not too salty as you normally get in such bottled pickles. Definitely has all the flavours of a homemade pickle.This same is applicable for their Avakaya as well as Tomato pickle, though these two are a bit more salty than Gongura.

There was a hair in the pickle we ordered. And the agent expects a picture of that hair to help out with an issue. We were too grossed out when we spotted the hair on the plate to take a picture. The agent refused to help. Very grossed out with this
