I have been ordering pickles from Addme since last year after discovering them on Silkrute. Their pickle quality and taste is always consistent and top class with quality ingredients. Frankly I find their products way better than mass market products from Mothers Recipe, Priya etc.The Sweet & Sour Gobhi Shalgam Gajar Pickle is my repeat favorite. The taste and texture is amazing! I am quite sure this bottle will not last more than 2 weeks. More orders for this pickle to come... :-)

Amazing taste. Brought back old memories when Naani used to send 15 kg clay jars of this gobhi, shalgham, gajar achar from Punjab in the winter time. Nostalgia has its own taste and flavor which cannot be reproduced commercially. Here we have just the right proportions of tikha, mitha and khatta. Whilst mango and mirchi achars are available plentifully, this particular combination is a rare find. Thoroughly enjoyed it and repeated the order for four jars at one time.

1. I ordered this pickle and completly satisfied with the quality of the pickle.2. This pickle comes in glass jar which is very good for storage and it was packed very nicely during delivery.3. It's not oily like other pickles. Best quality spices are used in this. This is the best pickle I have ever had.

gobis (cauliflower) pieces were extremely large and difficult to take our from the bottle)carrots and shaljam (turnip) were smaller and right size. they can make them uniformly sized.also the taste was nice but much sweeter that a regular gobi, shaljam, gajar achar.and it's also quite expensive for a regular Indian pickle.thanks

If you're looking for the typical achaari taste you're in for disappointment. It's much on sweeter side. Maybe the local original recipe is that way. The ingredients used are of good quality. Packaging and quantity is reasonable.
