Do not get worried about white crystals forming in cold weather. Pure honey always crystallizes in cold weather. The so called pure honey from other brands is usually refined and processed to take out this natural sugar to avoid crystallization but in the process the honey loses some of its natural properties.

This is a decent product, I found it to be a bit sweeter than conventional raw organic honey products which I have used in the past. It has some aftertaste may be of Tulsi as claimed but it was slightly pungent. I just wished that the cost was a touch lower and the packaging was much better, because at 500 INR I would expect a packaging similar to Organic India if not better.
