Not a value for money product. Its not user friendly product. . The batter does not make fluffy dhokla. One has to be an expert cook to handle the batter and make good end product.

Those who have had real gujrati dhokla or khamand will not like this. This is not at all good. I live in MP and we have some great local products for dhokla mix, those are amazing. I get them when I go home. This is totally useless.

Does what it says! Actually makes 80-100 delicious khatta dhoklas per pack ! The tangy taste is well pronounced. Takes about 12-14 minutes to fluff up. Haven't been able to get the market-like fluff, but I find them more flavourful and filling. The instructions are clear and precise. If you're adding the right proportions of curd, oil and water, you're in for a treat! Does ask for 7 tablespoons of oil, but it balances out in the large yield quantity. Recommended ! Tip : If you please, leave the whipped batter standing for about an hour before steaming. You get softer dhokla.

Disadvantages
Bought the product at MRP but the dhoklas weren't spongy as they should be after cooking. I did ask for a refund and keep in messaging the manufacturer but haven't received any reply yet.

Bad quality!! Isn't spongy like dhokla as a dhokla should be.
