....although my initial attempt in trying out the recipe ended in a disaster ....I just observed and learned a few things which may benefit anyone concerned about the quality...... First ....these soya sticks were fresh ...soft ....juicy on opening....soft yet firm so that they do not turn mushy while preparing the recipe,they absorb the flavors well so that they do not remain bland from inside....they are submerged in brine and those who love soya chaap recipes will definitely love this.... From where I come ,fresh soya chaap is not easily readily available locally ....and so iam sure many others from differentplaces may face the same problem....so this option comes handy and also the quality of this brand is definitely good ....comes at a nominal price and sufficient quantity as well.. When buying online.....it is always a good idea to read ...ponder ....analyze....compare but ultimately use your own discernment.... In my opinion.....(although I burned my dish ....but that doesn't matter ....I only state facts....this can is highly recommended for soya chaap lovers ....
