So tbh, the flavour of the cheese is very good. Very addictive. But this one is not like mozzarella. I mean like, there's not chesse pull at all. I was annoyed so I added half of the cheese in my ramen and still there was no cheese pull.

This is a reply to all those who said the cheese didnt melt.. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST! i used about a third of the 70gm pack, to make the quantity shown above.. I used boiling water to submerge the cheese with twice the water, and left it for about 10 minutes, after which i used a tea strainer to filter out ths water and added some more hot water. After that i folded/pressed it using the spoon a few times before the cheese became usable and saggy. I tasted it a bit and it was fine, not excellent but good. Yes its costly, and yes mozarella cheese is easy to make, but i didn't want to undertake the task for a small quantity This has longer shelf life Overall it's as advertised

Plz don't go for this product not worth for money amul normal cheese is better than this mozzarella cheese don't waste ur money buying this which is costly for no reason. No flavour is der at all. Plz save your money and go for normal cheese this is simply taking our money loot case in the name of cheese.

No value for money. No expiry date was mentioned. Taste was not that good also . It was not melting properly. Too costly, it seems during the situation seller may try to grab money by taking any price. Now 1 kg cheese dice is available in same cost with good quality and from reputed manufacturer.

Advantages
If you are looking to stock up on different preserved foods for emergencies (or camping), then you should definitely give freeze-dried cheese. The taste was decent for being a freeze-dried cheese. I was really impressed with the texture. Definitely give it a try.
