This product is by no means lightly salted. I know what lightly salted dried amla tastes like. I couldn't stand the amount of salt, so tried washing it under water before eating and yet it's salty beyond measure. Not good for people with blood pressure.

The Avla product has been gifted to my sister and delivered to her address yesterday. The dried Avla is v tasty as Avla Supari type it's lightly salted and good to chew after meals...Flavour of Avla is v nice and certainly value for Money ..it's worth buying as this Avla Supari brings an aroma in mouth after Meals..well done keep it up ..Wonderful Product !!
