We use papayas sourced directly from farms in Karnataka. Once the papayas reach our freeze-drying facility, our trained helpers begin a meticulous process of plucking their leaves, washing, and slicing. To transform the fruit into our signature freeze-dried papayas we first draw out their moisture, and then freeze-dry them using a process that ensures that the Bonvie fruit you eat is just as tasty, colorful, and nutritious as the raw fruit!
