Dates quality is quite good. Found it to be pricey especially when you sell online.Few suggestions: 1. Hope, the box/container weight is not included in the dates weight. 2. This packaging is good for gifting; not good for storage (like a zipper container or plastic container). So, the product can be offered in different packaging and price also could be adjusted per type of packaging. 3. Are there any other varieties of dates (medium size) from the same company but with less price? similar to the varieties we see in stores (ex: Azfan)?

The dates are huge in size and so soft that even an infant can have it in small portions. It was fresh and as per description. Surely will order again. Kindly make it available at retail stores in Mumbai.

The seller should clearly specifics the month/year of the crop. Medjool dates are harvested between August to October of the year. The seller hides the information and thereby people who buy the dates between March to September generally give bad ratings. This variety is costly and therefore the seller has to be open.

I am a regular customer of this dates and keep ordering every 3-4 weeks. I opened the packet today that I received on Dec.30th. i found that the seal of the packet was torn. The top cover was not sealed and dates were missing from the middle section and there was huge empty space in the middle. The packet was light in weight and almost 150 gm less than 800 gm. I never expected this from Flyberry. Someone has removed dates while packing for sure. The upper carton was intact which means mischief has been done at the time of dispatch. Dates are undoubtedly of good quality but how can Flyberry do this with a permanent customer? I don't know from where to order dates now. Flyberry can you please check with the person who dispatched it? Moreover, there are 7 pieces of dates which are completely crushed and the pulp has spread and stuck with packet.

The items are marketed as Gourmet dates and when I open the individual items you can see there is fungal infection in them. This is not how you sell your product. Everyone who gets these dates from them please make Sur you open up the individual dates packed and check if they are infected with fugus or not. Please do not trust them blindly
