Fresh, real mamra, big size of almonds at reasonable price. I take 5-6 mamra almond soaked overnight and peeled, crushed with 3 black pepper in mortar and pestle. Cup of milk and boiled all together. First thing in the morning, empty stomach. Very beneficial for eye related disorders and issues. Loved this good quality of mamra almond. Definitely buying again after finishing this 250 grams.

I have believed in the reviews and made a purchase but guess that was a mistake. There are regular almonds also mixed in the pack and not all are mamra almonds. Quality like this is available locally for much lesser price.
